Zero Tolerance Policy
Our practice has a zero tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour. The practice does not tolerate any behaviour, verbal or physical which causes staffs to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened.Any patient who fails to comply may be asked to leave the practice and removed from the system.
