Our doctors see patients based on a walk in system. However, some of our doctors see their patients by appointment systems. Appointments can be made by calling our practice or online on our website.
If you require medical care after hour, please phone GP After Hour Sydney Medical Services on 8724-6300. Or for emergency you can attend the local Blacktown Hospital.
All consultations are bulked billed with a valid Medicare Card. Please present your Medicare card and Concession Card to reception staff upon arrival. Private Fees apply to non-Medicare patients.

Overseas visitors
Diving Assessments
Employment Assessments

Workcover are charged according to the AMA (Australian Medical Association) which are invoiced to the insurance company.

There may be fees apply with Allied Health and Specialist appointment. You may be able to claim Medicare Rebates. Please check with reception when booking an appointment.

Please note: Cash and EFT accepted at the practice.
Patients are asked to make follow-up visits for results of investigations (pathology, xray’s and other tests).

We are committed to duty of care therefore unable to give results to you over the telephone by the nurse or reception staff or by doctors
Please come into the Medical Centre to see your doctor for prescription or request for any lost or repeat or change in referral details, medical certificates, request forms, referrals to other specialists and allied health.
Health queries are best dealt with through consultation. Doctors at the Medical Centre do not provide phone consultation. Medicare does not provide patient rebate for phone consultation and due to privacy & confidentiality policy as well as long patient waiting times.

You are advised to see your doctor face to face to discuss any issues you may have.

Please be advised that receptionists are not allowed to discuss medical issues.
There are few car parking available in front of and around our Medical Centre. Access via Warrick Lane, behind the medical centre, there are up to 4 hour free parking in the public care park, and 1 hour free parking on Main St in front of the centre.
We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services.

If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.
Your Medical records are confidential. It is the policy of this Practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and ensure that this information is only available to an authorized member of staff.
